Terms & Conditions

By creating an account, purchasing a program or subscription, booking a consultation, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

Just For Hearts is a doctor-led preventive health, lifestyle guidance and remote monitoring platform founded by Dr. Ravindra L. Kulkarni. The Service helps healthy individuals, caregivers and people living with diabetes, obesity, heart disease or metabolic dysfunction to track their health and build better routines. Depending on what you choose, the Service may include:

• Health trackers for vitals, lab values, weight, activity and lifestyle habits;
• Structured programs such as Cardiac Rehab, Diabetes Care and Obesity Care, and a Premium subscription;
• Consultations, appointments and Morning Health Hours sessions with doctors, dietitians, physiotherapists and other experts;
• IRA, an AI health assistant that answers general health questions;
• Coaching, reviews, educational content, community groups and meet-ups.

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. A parent or guardian may use the Service on behalf of a family member they care for.
• Account creation: You sign in with your mobile number, verified by a one-time password (OTP). You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to keep it up to date.
• Account security: You are responsible for keeping access to your mobile number and devices secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
• Account termination: We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms or is used unlawfully. You can delete your account at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.

• Nature of advice: Information, coaching and advice provided through the Service — including by IRA and by our experts — is for educational, preventive and guidance purposes. It is not a substitute for an in-person examination, diagnosis or treatment by a qualified healthcare professional.
• Online limitations: Remote consultations have limitations compared with in-person visits; our experts may not have all the information that a physical examination would provide.
• Your responsibility: You are responsible for the information you share and for how you act on advice received. Always consult your own doctor before starting, stopping or changing any medication or treatment.
• Not for emergencies: The Service is not an emergency service. If you have chest pain, breathlessness, fainting, signs of stroke or any other emergency, call your local emergency number or go to the nearest hospital immediately.
• No guaranteed outcome: Health results depend on many factors. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, and a single consultation may not resolve a health concern.

• IRA generates answers automatically using artificial intelligence, drawing on Just For Hearts' clinical content. Answers may be incomplete or inaccurate and are not a diagnosis or prescription.
• On the Website, visitors can ask a limited number of free questions each day; verifying a mobile number unlocks more. Limits may change at any time.
• Do not rely on IRA for urgent or emergency situations. For personalised care, book a consultation with our team.

• Fees: The price, duration and inclusions of each subscription, program or consultation are shown before you pay. All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise. We may change prices for future purchases; changes never affect a period you have already paid for.
• Payment methods: Payments on the Website are processed securely by our payment partner (Razorpay) using UPI, debit or credit cards, net banking or wallets. In-app subscriptions are billed through Google Play or the Apple App Store.
• Auto-renewing subscriptions: Premium subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Subscriptions bought in the App are managed and cancelled in your Google Play or Apple account settings.
• Taxes and location: We determine the applicable GST (CGST + SGST or IGST) from your state, using your billing address or, if you allow it, your device location.
• Consultations: Consultations begin at the scheduled time and end at the end of the booked duration. Please be available on time; if our expert is significantly late we will extend the session or offer to reschedule.
• Refunds: Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

• Our content: The Service and its content — including text, videos, graphics, logos, trackers, programs and software — are owned by or licensed to Just For Hearts and protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.
• Your content: You keep ownership of the information and content you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it only as needed to operate, provide and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our written permission.

You agree to:

• Comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy;
• Provide accurate and truthful information;
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and respectfully towards our experts and other members, including in community groups;
• Not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape or gain unauthorised access to the Service;
• Arrange the devices and internet access needed to use the Service.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that every defect will be corrected.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Just For Hearts, its affiliates, directors, employees, experts and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Service or any advice or information received through it. Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Just For Hearts, its affiliates, directors, employees, experts and service providers from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pimpri-Chinchwad, Maharashtra, India.

We may suspend or end your access to the Service if you breach these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification and governing law — will survive.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Just For Hearts regarding the Service and supersede any prior communications on the subject.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the date above, and notify you of material changes through the App, Website or other reasonable means. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
