I Know Everything…
"I know everything… but I still can't do it."
In the OPD, this sentence is heard across all conditions: Diabetes, Blood Pressure, Heart disease, Thyroid issues, weight management, and anxiety.
Patients have their reports. They have apps, videos, diet plans, and tips – they have it all.
What to eat, what to avoid, how much to walk, how much to sleep – there's no shortage of information.
But the routine doesn't change. Habits don't form.
And here, a quiet question arises:
Are we stuck due to a lack of knowledge? Or does it simply take time to apply information and take action in daily life?
Is it possible that there's plenty of information, but it just takes more time for habits to set in?
Now, we want to ask you (please choose only one answer):
Despite knowing everything, what is the most difficult thing for you?
A. Starting B. Maintaining consistency C. Finding time D. Mental fatigue E. Family support F. Everything feels difficult
