Stress Doesn't Just Stay in Your Mind...
Stress doesn't just stay in your mind... It turns into inflammation in the body.
What does today's stress look like? * Fear of layoff at job * Illness or hospitalisation at home * Debt (loan) / EMI / financial stress * Trading loss / business loss * Relationship issues / divorce * Grief from the passing of a loved one
This all seems like "normal life"... But for the body, it's a constant alert signal.
1. What does stress activate in the body?
The brain increases cortisol (stress hormone) and adrenaline.
✅ Useful for emergencies ❌ But if it's daily, the body gets tired.
2. Chronic stress = Silent inflammation
(Inflammation that quietly increases) * The immune system is constantly active. * Cytokines (inflammation signals) increase. * Repair decreases... damage increases.
The body gets stuck in "survival mode".
3. So where do the symptoms appear?
* BP increases * Sugar is unstable (insulin resistance) * Belly fat (visceral fat) * Sleep is disturbed * Irritability / low mood (serotonin imbalance)
Outwardly, "I'm fine"... But internally, an imbalance is ongoing.
4. Where is the danger?
We get used to stress and ignore it.
But the body keeps increasing inflammation daily.
5. How to identify it?
* Constant fatigue * Lack of focus (brain fog) * Acidity / IBS * BP / sugar fluctuate
Sometimes, hs-CRP (an inflammation marker) is found to be elevated.
6. What to do? (This is what makes a difference)
More important than reducing stress is giving the body a calm signal.
✅ 3 Reset Pillars (Daily Reset System)
1. Body Reset (Calming the body) * Daily walking / light exercise * Gives the body a "safe" signal * And cortisol decreases.
2. Breath Reset (Controlling breath) * 5–10 minutes of slow breathing * Keep the exhale long * This activates the vagus nerve → parasympathetic (relax mode).
3. Rhythm Reset (Fixing routine) * Fix sleep and wake times * Reduce screen exposure at night * This improves the body clock (circadian rhythm) and reduces inflammation.
This seems "simple"... But in science, this is called a neuro-hormonal reset.
Remember:
Stress cannot be avoided, But the body's response can be changed.
Stop the chain: Stress → inflammation → disease, right here.
