Introducing ORA: Our New AI Team Member in Healthcare

We have been working on a new futuristic healthcare project for many months.

A fun surprise came to light recently: last Monday, our team started quietly replying to thousands of your birthday wishes, compliments, and acknowledgements on Facebook and YouTube birthday posts through our new AI team member.

Yes, ORA is the first member of our AI Team.

ORA is our AI-enabled Care Team that helps handle comment replies, greetings, appointment queries, clinic details, memberships, FAQs, and many repeated support queries.

Questions like: - "Where is the clinic located?" - "What is the appointment number?" - "WhatsApp channel link?" - "How to join membership?" - "Thank you doctor ❤️"

Thousands of such small interactions will now be managed faster, more consistently, and in an organized way.

Our team is small and resources are limited, so AI is our strength to deliver affordable and better healthcare to more people ❤️

Most importantly, clinical health questions will still be addressed by me and our medical team.

This is the launch phase. We are still bootstrapped, so your suggestions, ideas, feedback, constructive criticism, and support are very important to us.

And yes, ORA is new and will need your support, patience, and encouragement.

Manisha and Divya have worked very hard on this, and our "Tech Wizard" Krishna has quietly turned the clinical vision into working systems.
