Multivitamin: Need or Hype?
Multivitamins are not needed for everyone. If you eat a balanced diet including fruits, vegetables, dal, and dairy, a daily multivitamin is not required.
Social media often overhypes multivitamins. Reels might make them seem like a magic pill, but they are not a replacement for real food.
Multivitamins are useful only in specific cases: - Elderly - Pregnant and lactating women - Strict vegetarians/vegans - Chronic illness - Poor appetite or during a recovery phase
Taking excess multivitamins is not harmless. Fat-soluble Vitamins (A, D, E, K) can accumulate in the body and cause Toxicity.
Fatigue does not always mean a Vitamin Deficiency. Stress, poor sleep, Anemia, and Thyroid Issues are often ignored as potential causes.
Always prefer a Test over a tablet. A Deficiency should be confirmed by testing, not merely guessed.
