Diwali Has Changed…
Diwali has changed, and that is natural.
The change is not only in the celebration but also in the way we enjoy it.
How many calories? How much sugar? Is ghee okay? How much snack? What if I walk less today? What if weight increases?
Health awareness is important.
But with so much information, advice, and restrictions, sometimes we start calculating even before living the moment.
Health is not just about controlling numbers.
Health means living life more freely.
Some days are for discipline. Some days are for routine.
And some days are just for
sitting with family, eating what you like, laughing heartily, going for a walk, watching the lamps and diyas 🪔, and being fully present in that moment.
One day's joy does not break a whole year's good habits.
But if we sit with guilt at every joyful moment, then while protecting health, some part of life unknowingly slips away.
Count less. Live more.
This Diwali, let's measure a little less… and live a little more.
Wishing you all a happy, joyful, and beautiful Diwali.
