- Add salads to your meals as it fills your stomach. Start your meal with raw salads like cucumber, tomato, onion etc.
- Have water or soup before meals.
- Choose smaller plate for meals. Small space will not allow you to eat more.
- Eat after every 2 hourly. Take only small and quick meals like khakra, puffed cereals etc.
- Chew your food properly. It is said one can digest their food properly if they chew their food 32 times.
- Include sprout, dal, fresh fruits, vegetables and egg white in your meals.
- Do not do any work while eating.
- Avoid watching television while having your food, as research says we eat 40% extra calorie while watching TV.
- Avoid reading any book while eating.
- Do not skip your brunch and snacks as it helps to avoid extra intake of calories in your lunch and dinner.
