Excuse Me!

We are in lock down state! We are in quarantine period which is really a tough time. But why can’t we use this ample of time to perform exercise? People always complain that don’t have time for exercise due to hectic & busy schedules. So I think quarantine period is a great opportunity!

Hey Guys,

Get up, start your day with energy and smile! Be fit and healthy by utilizing this time for doing exercise. Just 40-45 minutes per day for 5 days a week is also great! You can rest for 2 days.

Exercise is any bodily activity that enhances and maintains physical fitness, overall health and wellness.

It is performed for various reasons like to aid growth, improve strength, prevent ageing, develop muscles, strengthen cardiovascular system, hone athletic skills, weight loss or maintenance, and for improving health.

In terms of health benefits, the amount of recommended exercise depends upon the goal, the type of exercise, & the age of the person. Even doing a small amount of exercise is healthier than doing none.

Actually it is ok to go outside during the corona virus outbreak, as long as you practice safe social distancing &other guidelines on how to protect yourself & others from the novel corona virus. But if your area is labelled as ‘red zone’, avoid stepping out for exercise. If it is safe, you may exercise on terrace or in parking area.

Due to the corona virus outbreak, most of us are left without access to gyms, workout studios & even parks. Switching to a home workouts routine isn’t easy as it takes some space & a lot of intrinsic motivation! But in light of the COVID-19 outbreak, many fitness experts, gyms, apps & studios are doing their part to help us stay in shape. And establishing a workout routine could most importantly ease anxiety related to coping with the pandemic.
