Ingredients for Potato Pomegranate Salad:
- Potato – 1 medium
- Pomegranate seeds – 1 tbsp
- Roasted sesame seeds – 1 tsp
- Sev, chopped coriander – for garnishing
- Salt to taste
- Boil potato.
- Put boiled potatoes in air fryer till crispy texture is attained.
- Add pomegranate and sesame seeds, salt and mix well
- Garnish with sev and chopped coriander.
Calorie dense dish for short break. It is appealing due to its colourful appearance. You can add grated cheese to add proteins.
