Ingredients for Palak raita

• Spinach chopped- 1 katori
• Groundnut powder- 1 tsp
• Metkut (optional) – 1 tsp
• Curds – ½ katori
• Salt to taste
• Mustard seeds, hing, red chili pieces for tempering

Portion size- 3 to 4 servings

Preparation of Palak raita

  1.  Blanch the spinach
  2. Mix all the ingredients
  3. Heat oil in pan
  4. Prepare tempering
  5. Add to raita.
