Did you just have a bad day in office and you are feeling low? Are you not in a mood to go home and be alone? It’s just a mood swing you are facing. Many a times it is very difficult to stay in the same mood for more than 15-20 minutes. Everyone tends to have a mood fluctuations very soon.
Do you know your can fight depression, mood swings with simple natural ways. Generally if you are single or living alone the night time is the worst. That’s the only time we spend with ourselves and starting feel low because of something which has made us upset in past. Every person is unique and he has way to deal with his mood. So when I asked people what they do to change their mood, they gave me following techniques:

6) Be surrounded by jolly people who crack jokes and make you laugh.
7) One can play with kids as they make you feel light and stress free.
8) One can spend some time over a coffee with his best friends.
9) Listening to the music, dancing, watching movies or eating something what you like are also a few ways.
11) Try going on a trek or go for a walk as it extracts the energy and lights up your mood.
Brightening up your mood keeps you the elite of the group. One should be able to handle ups and downs of our own life properly. So always smile and say CHEERS to life.
