Now-a-days every single person right from a teen ager has become very conscious about what they eat. Especially women, who are 24 * 7, obsessed with dieting and their figure. Well that is really good if you think of healthy food choices and exercises to lose your pounds. DIET PILLS: Are you putting your life on line just to lose few pounds? Consuming Diet pills or meal replacers is yet another wrong way towards weight loss. These diet pills curb your appetite so much that you don’t feel like eating for days together. People toss their health by sticking to such wrong diets and end up in severe health issues.
FAD DIETS: FAD diets are wrong for many reasons. Firstly, fad diets cut your intake of many food groups which are an essential part of your healthy diet. Your body needs all foods groups in right amount for various functions. Many fad diets cut your carb intake completely. Think of your body’s health first because if HEALTH is lost, EVERYTHING is lost!
As these diets show instant results people fail to think that the loss is your muscle mass and not the fat stored. Instead choosing a healthy diet with some physical activity gives you a healthy weight loss.
