Morning Walk: the most ancient exercise and still the best modern exercise.
My grandfather always had a habit which I could never understand till I was a working professional. He used to wake up early in the morning and used to go for a walk. Many people would prefer sleeping for some extra time but he always wanted sometime between his sleep and his working hectic day. He is 95 years old now and still goes for a morning walk.
So I went ahead and asked few people, “Why do they enjoy their early morning walk?” Here is what they think…
Morning walk is very healthy. At morning time we get a lot of unpolluted and fresh air. It is also a good exercise and helps in weight loss. Morning walk is very good for our heart as it increases blood circulation in our body. It keeps you fresh throughout the day.
Therefore after all these observations I felt morning walk is definitely very healthy. But I wanted an expert opinion and thus consulted fitness experts from Just for Hearts.
According to experts, morning walk improves your metabolism which is essential to lose weight. After 30 minutes of walking your body starts burning fats and calories. You also liberate endorphin hormone which keeps you fresh, energetic, reduces anxiety, minimizes depression, and also avoids mood swings. It especially improves your HDL cholesterol (which is a good type of cholesterol) and reduces LDL (which is a bad type of cholesterol) thus helps to improve heart health. Walking is the only way to improve HDL cholesterol.
Consequently morning walk is a key feature to healthy lifestyle. 30-45 minutes walking every day is recommended to everyone of all age group. Brisk walking is preferred than just having a slow morning walk.
Just as I am convinced with the idea of morning walk I hope even you were looking for the cheapest way for your health. So here is your answer
