Healthy poha laddu is a healthy alternative for rawa or besan laddus. It also has dryfruits as ingredients; adding to protein content.
Ingredients for healthy poha laddus:
Riceflakes – 1 cup [60grams]
Jaggery – 1/2 cup
Ghee – 3 tbsp
Cashewnuts – 4 to 5 no
Black Raisins-7 to 8 no
Cardamom powder – ½ tsp
Crushed Walnuts – 3 no
Serves: 3 nos
Preparation for healthy poha laddus:
Sieve the rice flakes and dry roast the them until it is golden in color.
Melt the jaggery.
Heat ghee and alongside break the cashews, add raisins to it.
Take all the powdered ingredients in a mixing bowl and add the heated ghee to it.
Make laddoos with it.
