‘Just for Hearts’ successfully conducted hands on session on ‘Yoga at Workplace’ for the employees of Citibank, Mumbai. The programme was held on 25th August 2014 and 26th August 2014. The expert explained that yoga helps in controlling the mind, body and soul of an individual. The expert also mentioned that yoga helps in giving instant satisfaction and lasting change and also helps to manage stress and anxiety which keeps you relaxed. The expert gave demonstrations on different Yoga forms. The employees enjoyed the demonstrations given by the experts. The programme was liked by all.
