Yoga is a great form of full body exercise. It helps relax muscles, increases flexibility, and releases tension from the mind. It improves endurance, tones muscles and uplifts the mood in no time. Team JFH organized a Yoga session at Smart Technologies, Bangalore. It included Meditation, Basic stretching exercises and easy Asanas.
