Yoga is a great form of full body exercise. It helps improve respiration, energy and vitality. It also improves endurance, reduces stress and uplifts the mood in no time. On the 5th edition of International Yoga Day, Team JFH organized a Yoga session at Evolving systems, Bangalore. In this session, the employees performed Meditation, Basic stretching exercises, and easy Asanas.
