It's International Men's Day today, but not celebrated on a grand level, not knowing much and not noticed by many. Just like the stress that men face but usually ignores because that's how they have always been raised. To be strong in all conditions, to suppress emotions, hold tears, be perfect, pick a standard career, earn more so on and so forth...But this is the route cause of enormous stress, heart disease, diabetes, high cholesterol, brain stroke, etc. Learning about the stress triggers and managing the reactions to stress is the first step of Stress Management. We held an interactive session to increase awareness and to provide a platform to express freely at 5 locations of  Nuance Transcription services. The sessions included laughter therapy, music therapy, stress management questionnaires, mindfulness techniques. Around 100 participants got benefited through the program. Here are some takeaways of the session- Its time to learn to 'It's Ok ' if you feel burdened by over-expectation and stereotypes of the society. It's the time to pause and take a breath. Rethink. And make corrections in
