It not only keeps people  fit and happy but also energized at the workplace. Therefore,we should provide a sufficient amount of nutrition to our body.
On 20th September, team JFH conducted a Salad Tossing session at Dunnhumby IT, Gurgaon  by Dietitian Poonam Srivastav where 20 to 25 people attended.
