Practising Yoga on a daily basis brings a lot of health benefits on a physical, mental and psychological level. It is recommended to invest 30-45 minutes of your day for a healthy and long life. But in today’s busy lives, stretched travels, multiple responsibilities at workplace & home, one finds it difficult to go to the gym, walking, cycling or any other similar outdoor activities. Therefore, Yoga can be the best option for those who do not want to step outside of home once they are back from the office. It is recommended to practise Yoga on outdoors like Garden lawns or open grounds where the morning sunlight is abundantly present. But you can also do it indoors as per your convenience. Also, office Yoga is an innovative & beneficial concept which allows you to stretch a bit and relax for a while as you work. It involves some basic stretches, rotation exercises of hands, neck and feet, breathing techniques which helps the body relax the muscles, restore energy & boost mind. Our Yoga Teacher Ms.Tejashree Sonawane conducted 2 sessions at Nice Corporate, Hinjewadi. She taught some really useful Asanas & explained their benefits.
