Meditation is a practice of a technique like mindfulness or focusing the mind on a specific object, thinking or activity. This helps train attention and awareness and makes your mind clear, calm and stable. The relaxation response coming from meditation also helps reduce metabolism, blood pressure, and improves heart health, breathing, and brain waves. Besides these, for stress management, it is one of the best exercises. Team JFH conducted a meditation session at Zensar Technologies, Bangalore on 12th June 2019 by JFH expert Amit Kulkarni.
