As life get's busier, our health goes on backfoot. Crunching deadlines, Lunch-on-meetings, Work pressure, multitasking takes a toll on our health. A healthy diet plays a major role to keep an individual fit, happy and energized at the workplace. In our busy lives & demanding jobs, we need to find out ways to provide an adequate amount of nutrition to our body.We started 'Kitchen Diaries' to spread awareness of Right nutrition & its importance at every stage of life. At a recent workshop conducted at Zensar,Pune , our dietitian Ms. Manasi Peshve introduced the participants to 5 new healthy and easy Salad recipes which anybody can do, any time of the day.
