Along with this, Music is proven to have a magical effect on Body & Mind. The tune, Rhythm & lyrics help distract from chaos and brings down the anxiety. Ultimately improving breathing, lowering Blood pressure, reducing palpitation and muscle relaxation. It also has a greater contribution in Child growth of practised from a younger age. Music Therapists over the years of study have come up with the same powerful techniques which help us to cure physical, psychological & behavioural disorders. Not only that but it gives a soothing effect on post-surgery. JFH Psychologist Tasneem Sayyad who is a trained Music Therapist makes participants listen to meditative music pieces and ask them to analyse the experience. She successfully conducted a Music Therapy session at Sungard Availability Services (India) Private Limited at Bangalore.
