Including salads into everyday diet reduces your risk of heart disease by maintaining blood pressure and cholesterol levels. At a Live Kitchen session conducted at HCC, Mumbai, JFH Dietitian Ms.Tejashree Anant showed the participants to make healthy salads using different sprouts, green leafy vegetables, low-fat dairy products, different types of dressings and fruits. The employees were very happy with the innovative salad preparations and knowing its nutritional values. The 'Rajma-Apple' salad was the most favoured recipe of the day.
