Kids are mostly physically active in there routine but due to lockdown, they cannot go for ground plays or any other activity. Being physically active is important as besides enjoying the health benefits of regular exercise, fit kids sleep better. They're also better able to handle physical and emotional challenges. Hence we thought of taking kids fitness activity with our Dance fitness trainer Shatavari.

 

About the expert - Sharvari is a trained contemporary, ballet and jazz dancer.She is in the teaching profession for the past 5 years and has a good experience working with kids.She has worked as a fitness trainer with a Yoga academy. She is also a choreographer and choreographs for functions such as Sangeet, Competitions and School Annual Gatherings and other functions.
