Eating well is a habit, a lifestyle. Its overall effect brings a lot of benefits to a human body. Fast food is easy to make, less time taking & good on taste buds. But have ever checked its Nutritional value printed on the back side of the packet? It is almost zero or just not present. With the intention of spreading awareness about the daily requirement of nutrition, we came up with the idea of Salad Tossing Kitchen for the Corporate sector. Where life is busy and hectic. Our Nutrition experts carry all the ingredients and teach the participants to prepare some delicious, healthy salads. The idea is to make participants aware of the importance of nutrition & moulding their ideas about good nutrition. At the Zensar Technologies , Hyderabad , Dietitian Ms.Sujatha Stephen showed how to make salads from Rajma, Paneer, Chana , Fresh fruits & vegetables. The participants were very happy to learn and taste the salads .
