As a part of Pre-retirement workshop, Just for Hearts conducts session on complete Health management. This session covers importance of Healthy lifestyle along with advise on Healthy diet details. What type of exercises are suitable for their age, duration of exercise etc. The employees could learn the exercise details.

A health session covers many key aspects of health. On 15th January, Just for Hearts conducted a session on complete Health management at HPCL Delhi. It was a part of Pre-retirement workshop which covered importance of Healthy lifestyle along with advise on Healthy diet details. The employees were also advised on different exercises, their suitability according to age and their duration etc.
