Before you start your meal have as much as water you can. It will make you feel full, reduce your appetite and you will consume less calories.
- Start with salads:
Start your meal with some healthy salads. Choose some tasty, unique salads. A salad not only reduces appetite but also you will enjoy having them.
- Choose Smartly:
Choose healthy low fat, low calorie, high protein options. Do not order fatty, fried or sugary meals. You can order grilled, steamed or baked food like grilled fish, chicken, sandwiches, baked vegetables, soups, salads. Instead of having butter naan have plain naan or whole wheat roti’s.
- Cut Down On Portion Sizes:
Remember portion size of food matters a lot. So take food in very less amount and enjoy your food so that you will consume fewer calories by sticking to your weight loss diet plan.
- Eat Slowly:
Whatever you order, eat very slowly. Take longer time to finish so that you will finish your small amount of food, till the time your friends finish larger amount.
- Choose Dessert Smartly:
Now at the end choose dessert very smartly. It is very necessary to choose it smartly because your dessert is the one thing which is fully loaded with sugar and fats and make you fat. So, choose low calorie, low fat dessert which included more of fruits and less sugar in it.
- Compensate Your Dinner:
Do more exercise on that particular day. So that it will balance your calorie intake and expenditure and will not make you feel guilty.
