Nowadays, we buy milk in packets, and it is mentioned it is pasteurized milk. I don’t know why but we pour it in a container, boil it and then refrigerate. What we are doing again is pasteurization. May be double pasteurization is required but I don’t like it. Such methodology will kill or reduce the nutritional value of the milk. Further, I don’t want to save LPG gas used for boiling. There are many supplements for adding in milk to taste better which I see as chemicals. So what should be the solution?
I tried taking sterilized milk but it tastes bad and costly to my pocket. I find packed curd as the solution.
Packed Curd has almost the same nutritional value of milk and I don’t need to boil it.Curd has added benefit of probiotics and makes the immunity strong. So, rather buying milk and wasting LPG gas in spoiling its nutritional value, it will be fine to take one packed curd every day. I don’t add anything in curd and it tastes fine to me.
Packed Curd has longer expiry time than packed milk. There is no chemical or preservatives added and it is fully natural.
In summers, it becomes my favorite choice. The curd keeps me cool and hydrated. I spoke to few of my friends and they say yes you are right. I like to see more people to follow it. Thanks.
