- Lack in interest is the basic reason of depression. One should do different activities and also engage in your hobbies. You won’t get bored and will be motivated.

- Don’t be a quitter. Concentrate on solving your problem. Prioritize them beforehand itself. Do not give up and allow your problems to continue.
- Remember you don’t need sympathy. Sharing your feeling with your loved ones and friends is only going to give you sympathy not solutions.
- Stop thinking. Over thinking may result in depression and stress. Try and live in present and learn to deal with your problems and get solutions.
