Make your Christmas Healthier with this amazing mouth melting low fat chocolate cake. Christmas is a season of gifts, surprises and Of course lots of chocolates, cakes and sweets. But, this Christmas celebrate with a low fat chocolate cake which will not add on more calories and will make it healthy.
- Refined Wheat Flour 1 cup
- Baking Powder 1 tsp
- Chocolate essence 2 drops
- Sugar 1 cup
- Eggs 2
- Cocoa powder 2-3tsp
- Watnuts 5-6
- Dark chocolate 4 cubes
- Oil 1tsp
- Sieve the refined wheat flour with baking powder added in it and Keep aside.
- Grease and dust the mold and keep aside.
- In a a bowl, beat 2 whole eggs, add chocolate essence. Now add Sugar and beat it well.
- In 1/2 cup of lukewarm water add 2-3 tsp of cocoa powder and 1 tsp oil, mix well, avoid lumps.
- Now add this mixture to the eggs and sugar. Blend well.
- Slowly slowly start adding the refined flour.
- With the help of cut and fold method mix it well.
- At the end add the dark chocolate and walnuts.
- Now pour the ready mixture in the mold and bake it in a hot oven at 400°f for 10 min.Later reduce the temperature to 350°f and keep for 7 more min.
- Once done, allow it to cool a bit and grate dark chocolate on it so that it melts nicely.
