How can I prevent regaining lost weight?

Losing weight involves a lot of lifelong changes and hard work. Many times we do lots of hard work to lose weight, we achieve it too but often think that once we lose the weight we are tension free and finally get back to normal life, life where we don’t need to follow healthy diet and exercise routine. But it’s not true; truth is you need to give same amount of efforts to maintain that lost weight. To prevent regaining your lost weight one must continue with low fat, high fiber, high protein and junk food free diet. One should also continue with his exercise routine, even more than he used to do earlier. All these will help to prevent regaining lost weight
