‘Just for Hearts’ successfully conducted hands on session on ‘Yoga at Workplace’ for the employees of Amdocs. The programme was held on 15th January 2015. The expert explained that Yoga is a physical, mental, and spiritual practice that aims to renovate body and mind. The expert also explained how Yoga helps to reduce the physical effects of stress on the body. The expert talked about on how practicing Yoga Asanas and Meditation can decrease the body pain. It also help people in reducing with conditions such as cancer, heart health, back and neck pain and other chronic conditions. The expert gave demonstrations on different Yoga forms. The employees of 25 to 30 enjoyed the demonstrations and the information given by the expert. The event was a huge success.
